I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala costing to Rs.***/- on **/**/**** for which I made online payment through my credit card No. ending with ****.
At that time I was sick and want to take medicines, but I did not received the delivery. I received a message that order delivered.
I confirmed from Mukta's Kitchen that order pick-up on **/**/**** at **.** pm. I wait till **.** pm on **/**/****, as I was sick, I am waiting for the delivery so that I can take medicines. But delivery boy was not come. I tried to call him again and again but there is no response. After two days I called Adnan the delivery boy whose mobile number is **********, he told me that he did not delivered the order because his mobile is not working. I don't know if you have my address then there is no question of mobile damage or not working, straight way you can make the delivery. In mean time I chat with the customer care they also helpless. This is the worst treatment with the customer. Many times I call on ***-******** and I hear a message - please check the number you are dialed. I also called on ***-******* and ***-******** but no satisfied response from them. After some days again I called Mr. Adnan the delivery boy, he told me that he returned the parcel to HUM MANAGER. If the order returned to the HUB MANAGER then it is his duty to refund the amount. I don't want any coupon, I want my money refund.
