Gauravi Kundaikar filed complaint against Zivami on May 3, 2019

I have purchased a product on the zivami app. Because of the size issue I have returned the product. Zivami had converted my paid amount into zcoins and now there is no option where I can convert it to the bank account. Customer care is not picking up the call and always busy assisting another customer.
