PVR INOX GSM Mall Hyderabad - Amount not refunded

On **th oct, the payment of ***rs was done for food at PVR Inox through google pay. The amount was debited from my account but was not reflected in their system. So they asked me to make the payment one more time. I did the payment once again through the link they sent. It was reflected so they gave me the food.
Their manager told me that amount will be refunded within **-** hrs, if not please call me I will help you out. After * days I called them but no response. They responded for my messages. They said it will take *-* days, but mount not credited. Again I called them but no response. They messaged it will take *-* days. But not credited. It's been * weeks but still the amount not credited to my account. I checked with bank statement also no credit was done by them.
*** might be small amount for them but it's a big amount for me.. I can manage for * weeks vegetables and milk for my family.
I need my money back..
