I ORDERED A SHAMPOO FROM JUST HERBS WEBSITE PAID VIA CRED. ORDERED CONFIRMED ON OCT **ND. AFTER CONFIRMATION THERE IS NO UPDATED FROM JUST HERBS. ON NOV **TH THEY SENT AN EMAIL OF ORDERED WAS CANCELLED BY THE COMPANY. AMOUNT WAS NOT REFUNDED. CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE WAS VERY WORST AND NOT PROPERLY RESPOND. I SENT MANY MAILS, MESSAGES, CALLS BUT THEY DIDNT RESPOND. HELP ME TO GET BACK MY AMOUNT.
