Shop By Select - Amount not refunded

An online new launching e-commerce company ( shop by select.com ) fraud with me. On promotion company call me and told company organised a contest on **th July **** in Jodhpur for increasing customers base and in this contest company give ** different prices for top ten winners on online shopping rating behalf. You are selected for second prize Eitous car.
He selects customer on online shopping ratings. My rating is ** but price getting on *** points they told me, we help you but first of all you have to do your registration of **** Rs. And after your file completed then we call you to contest department. I have asked much time this amount is one time payable and refundable or not. The company executive said this is only one time paid and recoverable. This amount against we has to give a welcome gift ( five set of Pluto i.e. jeans, shirt, purse, belt & sunglass ). I have again asked any other amount payable for my side but he told nothing.
After * days company contest department call me for documents and told me you have to pay ***** Rs. for car documentation and again told me this is last time payment and this is recoverable by cheque in the contest, please pay today otherwise your nomination will be cancelled. I have pay this amount. Executive calls me and told that next call from car showrooms to confirm car colour and model please receive this call. Now I have received the call on yesterday from Toyota showrooms but again this person told me the car to fees paid by your side amount of *****/- Rs so please contact to company executive before complete your file. I have called but no response. Today Onwards I have again called and talked to the executive he said sir this amount pay after the car is passing from rto, he told total amount ***** Rs. **% payable by the company and the other **% pay by your side.
At this time I am very angry and told to the executive I have not to pay this amount and not interested in your contest and refund my all previous amount pay by me but executive told me you can cancel your participation but amount are not refundable.
I am a middle-class person please help me and help with justice as soon as possible. We write down the following details of the company.
