Sathya Agencies Kallakurichi - Amount not refunded

I Purchased Voltas AC last week friday **,**** on Sathya Kallakurichi and then i said them (Ajith - Sales Executive & Manager) as urjent to install for a newborn baby.They said as like everything will be fast.They said as tomorrow will be installation done but the product not reached the next day.Then i'll made a call to sales person Ajith,he said to me sunday will be product delivered as well as installation will be done but not installation done on sunday.At that time when I purchased AC,also i bought a Everest Stabilizer double booster for voltage issue at our area,but they delivered wrong one except our requirement. So i returned their product next day(sunday), then i asked them to give me a double booster stabilizer instead that wrong one which i received.They said to me, that stabilizer is not came to market nowdays; which is old one. Then i proved them its available at market on nearby showroom.Then they said as which is not available at sathya showroom.

Then, i returned their stabilizer and asked my money to buy that product on nearby showroom.But they refused to give,they said as there is no option to give money on hand so give your Bank account then we will send to your bank account. I didn't get my money refunded to my bank since * days.

There is only two days left to come our Ramzan Festive, i never purchased dresses for my family due to this issue. Physically & mentally i'm totally lost my mind & keep overthinking about my money at this festive time which leads me more stress and depression mentally. I hope i will get a solution here to my issue and i need a compensation from them to delay and made be depressed.
