Daniel filed complaint against KFC restaurant on Feb 9, 2023
Me and set of friends order fried chicken on KFC anna nagar branch, via mobile without login, after few minutes' app shown store was closed, I tried to change store location. But isn't work, so I called customer service for cancel the order, that person (Customer Care Employee) said "Ok I will cancel the order, your amount will receive with in * to ** business days."
I order on **th Jan ****. Today is *th Feb ****. Still, I didn't receive.
