Atc Tower Company Of India Private Limited - Amount not refunded

Hello sir, sir we have paid **** rs permission charges and *****rs as agreement charges , and also they told to pay *****rs as equipment charges, due to that we are not having any money so we requested to make refund of ***** rs which we have paid, today i called them to ask about refund, they said pay **** again to make refund and that also you get as refund and they said they made ***** rs transaction to my account at **.** am today */**/**** and told me to wait till *.** pm but still i didnt recieved any refund sir, please sir i request you, i beg you, we pledged our jewellery to make payment sir and now my father got admitted to hospital because he got stroke sir, so please we are in problem i request you to look into this matter an make my refund sir..i beg you sir
Its looks like fraud company, not able to belive , but whatever i need my amount fully refunded immediately thats it
