I Am Sumathi From Chennai.I Have Recharged Zee Pack For Sun Direct In Komparify.Com.My Money has been Deducted But Recharge Not Successful And Amount Not Refunded To My Bank Account. i raised complaints through mail now they are saying we have converted your money into points ..using those points we can recharge our pack ..but i tried to recharge with those points i am not able to recharge with those points pease kindly help me ...i already complained in voxya before ** days but no response...
