I had ordered JBL Soundgear Bluetooth Speaker on **-OCT-** and had received the payment confirmation for ***** INR. As there was no progress on the order, I had contacted customer support on **-OCT-** and had learned that the item is not in their stock, so I had requested cancellation of the order and refund on **-OCT-**. There were no updates from Awstro for *.* months after that on refund. Customer support number was always switched off or unanswered. All of a sudden in first week of December they sent me DUPLICATE Apple AirPods Pro worth INR **** which I had never ordered. I have been waiting for refund of my payment amount INR ***** for more than * months and have already ordered and received JBL Soundgear from another vendor in OCT **. The company is purposefully trying to escape the refund. As per the last message from customer support, they have shut down the company and have terminated the operations, but I can see the sale running on the site currently. Shutting down the company does not permit doing fraud.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
