i raj kumar, ordered a couple of pair of shoes on yepme website, for INR *** on february ** **** and cancelled the same order on the same day, according to the policy i did wait for the stipulated time mentioned on the website but didnt recieve the amount, after multiple calls to the customer care, they assured another **days of time each time I called, I did also mail them, (attached screenshots of mail), they asked for another stipulated time, and its now march **th ****, I haven't recieved the money yet.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
