I had ordered a smart TV and *.* Sony home theater in the month March of **th ****, inspite of many calls to the company regarding the delivery of the product I didn't receive it. So I cancelled the order after * months from the date of order placed, after the cancellation only I came to know that the amount is refunded in the form of credit score which they want us to use it again to buy there products which is very unfair which means I was trying to place order means there are no item as per my requirements even if it there it is comparatively much higher in cost which doesn't make any sense, even I have doubt that if I place an order will they deliver it to me or no. So I request you people to please consider my complaint and do the needful ASAP.
