https www travolook in - Amount not refunded on account of cancelled booking

I booked air ticket on *th June, **** from https://www.travolook.in vide their Ref.no. REF*********. Subsequently, I received a call from them stating non-confirmation of booking due to fare expiration. It followed emails from them stating cancellation of booking and informing that refund of Rs.*****/- would be processed within **-** working days. However, the amount is not yet refunded back by them. In this regard, I have talked to their customer care and sent emails too . Now they have even stopped responding to emails. I need my money back from them.
