On the behalf of my friend poona soni i m filing a complaint against josh india company. My friend poonam has ordered langha (dress) on **th April **** from josh india company online site and made online payment through her bank account. But order had not delivered on time and she cancelled the order on **th april ****. But till now from April to June neither any amount refunded to her bank account. Josh india customer care never provide us any support. They make us mentally and financialy tortured.
