Thrillophilia - Amount not refunded from Thrillophilia

The mail is regarding the issue of refund from Thrillophilia- online tour booking site. I have booked Trekking package for * members on **th July **** for the date of trekking **th August ****. On August **th **** after we call multiple times to know the status of the trip they sent mail that saying your trip is cancelled. Money is not going to refund but within * year of time, I can book other trips.
My problem here is I have booked with Rs *****/- and almost ** days before for * members. On the last * days, they cancelled the trip and saying not going to refund. The trip is cancelled by them not by me and I have checked with local organizers of the trip, even they didn't receive money. Where is my money went then and is this kind of online money laundering? Please help me to get my money back.
