Samsung watch - Amount not refunded by unboxify

I purchased samsung smart watch from unboxify on **.**.****. At that it was mentioned that watch is covered for ** to ** months warranty..watch develops some malfunctioning and I got checked watch at samsung service center ..they replied watch is already out of warranty ..thereafter I contacted unboxify regarding this issue and they replied we will reimburse the repairing amount once the watch was repaired atbsamsung service center..once the watch repaired and total expenditure was paid to service center from my own pocket Rs ****. The bills along with job was sent to unboxify as promised by unboxify..they eventually refund the amount in the form of gift card which can only be used for placing new order at unboxify website ..they straightway lied despite of confirmation that amount will be refunded to original payment method used...kindly take action against them..
