Travolook com - Amount not refunded by travolook site against airlines ticket booking

I have booked airline ticket from travolook site on **june****. The ticket was not booked due to technical reasons but the amount got debited from my credit card. The reference number is REF********* booking date ** june**** in the name.of Dhananjay kumar. We have called to customer care on ** june**** itself wherein they informed that the amount will be refunded with ** working days. Later we called several times by waiting the time given.by them but neither they have refunded the amount nor their site give any reply on such emails. Every time we call we get the answer that it will.be refunded within *-* working days which never comes. Kindly assist and help us in this regard.
