Travo look - Amount not refunded

Flight ticket booked through Travolook on Feb *th-****. Due to higher fare Travolook cancelled my booking. I am following up continuously but Nearly ** days completed till date no proper response from them. Below is the mail communication with them
Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF*********
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at ****-***-**** or send us an email at support@travolook.in
As per policy they need to refund within **-** days from the date of booking. But till date no refund
