I had booked a flight ticket for my wife in ****. I had also made the online payment for it. Travolook cancelled the ticket. And even after continuing follow up on the refund of the cancelled ticket, they have not refunded it yet. I am continuously mailing. And they were asking me to wait for the refund. But now the mail is not being sent to their email ID.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
