Dear sir/madam
I was trying to book ticket from travolook on ** Dec ** from Visakhapatnam to Delhi for * Feb ** my amount was deducted four time ****, ****,**** ,**** and one time **** two screen shoot of icici bank statement and axis bank enclosed for reference.But still travel agency not accepted that they will got the amount
still my amount not refund screen shoot enclosed to this mail plz do the needful
