Jet Knitwears Ltd - Amount not refund by the company

My association with Jet started in FEB **** and since then it turns out to be the biggest mistake of my life.
• As per the agreement, I had handed over a cheque of ₹**,***,** to Jet Knitwear’s Limited for my appointment as C&F of Bihar region.
• Company agree the pay *.**% interest in security deposit.
• * % of the total sale from Bihar Region.
However, Jet Knitwear’s not honouring its commitment. If they are treating C&F in this way, wondering how they treat small associates/ dealers. They are neither returning my money or sending any interests or sales commission to me.
• No interest payment since Feb ****
• No Sales commission Since Aug ****
My all efforts to get the issue resolved remain unfruitful as company CEO Sri Balram Narula Sir & CFO Ankur Narula Sir not picking my call anymore. For the return of my money, I have sent several reminders. However, I have not received any response from management as their just buying time.
For the return of my money, I sent an email to the company on **/**/**** (Reference No. JMD/***/,**-**), and once again on reminded them on **th Dec ****. After that, I have sent many emails to them in support of my claims, however, they ignored all. Additionally, I have sent several messages on WhatsApp to BaIram Narula Uncle & Ankur Bhaiya. However, they have ignored my messages and repeated requests, while it appears VP Sri Anurag Saxena was not authorised with any decision-making powers.
With this mail, once again I am requesting the immediate return of my deposited money and pending Interest. I am going through immense mental stress and only Jet management is responsible for that.
