Union Bank of India ZIRAKPUR - AMOUNT NOT REFUND BACK

This Complaint is regarding Deducted money from my account on **-Jan-** at *:** pm. when I was Transferred ****/- rs in My axis Bank Credit Card Through G Pay in that time **** rs was deducted on **-Jan-** from my bank Account but it was not credited to the Axis bank. after a * month amount shown in bank account but in freeze in my bank i am not able to use this amount from past * month. bank did'not give me any response all the time they said we will call you . but not respond me back. kindly resolve my issue asap. i am facing lots of problem in these days. due to my money stuck in bank. kindly help me.
