Myntra initiated a refund of ****.**/- on **th May **** under bank reference no. ************ for cancelling one item of order No. *******-*******-******* placed on May *,****.
However, * months have passed since and I have not yet received the amount to my credit card even after several follow-ups with the Myntra and ICICI bank customer support team.
ICICI bank asked me to fill up the customer dispute form and promised a resolution within * months but only to disappoint me.
Myntra has refunded the amount but it is not reflecting in my account.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
