Cardekho Group - Amount not Recived and RC transfer still not done after seling CAr

I am writing to formally address a matter of great concern regarding the sale of my vehicle KA**NB**** and the subsequent transfer of the Registration Certificate (RC). Despite the completion of the sale and the transfer of the RC, I have yet to receive the holdback amount of INR **,****, which was contractually agreed upon.

The vehicle was sold to your company on *rd JUNE and the RC transfer was finalized on * July As per our agreement, the holdback amount was to be disbursed to me upon the successful transfer of the RC. However, to date, I have not received the aforementioned amount.

This delay and non-payment is causing significant financial strain and inconvenience. The amount of INR **,**** is rightfully owed to me and has been unduly withheld. This level of after-sale service is both unexpected and unacceptable, given the professionalism your company claims to uphold.

I hereby demand that the outstanding holdback amount of INR **,**** be paid to me within the next ** days from the receipt of this notice. Failure to comply with this demand will leave me with no choice but to seek legal recourse to recover the amount due, along with any additional costs incurred as a result of this non-compliance.

Please consider this as a final notice and an opportunity to resolve this matter amicably. I hope for a prompt and fair resolution to avoid any further escalation.
