Fam Pay - Amount not recieved

I booked ticket on irctc then after some days i cancelled the ticket after I cancelled the irctc app says it has refunded the amount to bank but the famapp does not refunded the amount to me. I contacted famapp customer care many time i sent the screenshot of cancelled ticket and amount photo but there was no help
