ICICI Bank Limited - Amount not Recieved.

my son syamantak has one account under guardian vasudev paliwals name in icici kela pada, jaisalmer branch. on ** august, ****, i requested the icici chb, jodhpur branch to close the said kela pada branch account and to open a new account in icici chb, jodhpur branch and to transfer the money deposited in the old jaisalmer account to the new jodhpur account.
The icici chb branch has opened the new account and the account in jaisalmer branch has been closed. however, the jaisalmer branch has not transferred the amount deposited in the closed account to the new account till date.
