Airtel Payments Bank - Amount not received to reciepant account
MD shamim filed complaint against Airtel Payments Bank on Aug 31, 2018
I have send money *** rupees on **/**/**** from a/c ********** to my another account number **********@airtel
But by mistake I was send money to shamim@airtel in place of ********** and then my amount deducted from *st account but not credited in *nd account

Airtel Payments Bank – SMS charges are cut automatically without any information and the company doesn t recieve callsClosed
They cut SMS charges of **.** almost every month and I am not even aware for what reason this is happening. Company doesn't even recieve calls. I am a student and how are they supposed to cut money automatically.
