Meesho ethnic wear - Amount not received for wrong delivery

Hi Team,

We are supplier of ethnic wear in Meesho and we often receive wrong return product and raise ticket with video proof to claim the amount. We were getting **% of the amount but from last week have received * return and among that * were wrong product received by customer. After logging complaint Meesho is not providing the refund and they are saying due to high ratio of claim they cant refund the amount. what we are supposed to do if we get wrong return? its loss for us.
