Bhavithasri Chit Funds Private Limited - Amount not received and the executive is dodging the calls

I have been a part of Bhavithasri chit funds ,paying my premium of the chit and on May **th I have auctioned my chit but still i haven't received my funds of ****** that should have been done. On the top of that executive Mallesh has taken a premium of ***** and did not produce receipt and is dodging my calls. He said I will recieve the funds by *nd of June but they told whole process is done but the branch is delaying in giving cheque and took a time until** of June now it is **th June. Mallesh and his manager Gangi reddy is dodging my calls. I also told if they are not responding please refund the amount which I paid but still no update from these guys.
