Hi,

I was opened a/c from your Makarpura branch, Vadodara, Gujarat on dated **/**/**** receipt no. ************ for the amount of **,***/- in Q SHOP GOOD PLAN H to date I'm not received my maturity amounts once I visited your branch your staff told me that he can't be paid to you your amount and they force me if I want your money you have to keep your maturity amount for more * years otherwise you lost your money so I fed-up I have no other option so I kept my money for * years more but thereafter maturity date I not received my money till today almost ** years. plz, do the needful.
Please return my all money with interest. I attached my all documents fyr.
