Dear sir/ma’am,
I made a payment on **th feb of Rs ****\- to Myntra and the amount was debited but was not received by the merchant bank.

I contacted the support staff thrice and they have filed my complaint twice but still no response received from their end.
Their support staff also did not cooperate and support and kept my call on hold when I asked then to tell me about my issue.
I haven’t received any formal email to know about my payment and I want to report this issue and everytime I call to ask they ask to give ** hrs and don’t respond.
I have contacted myntra and they have shared that they haven’t received the amount and fi money has not at all been cooperative in reimbursement of my amount. Its been over a month and haven’t received my amount or update
