I have placed order with belief mart company on ** june **** amount of rs.*******. Then they commited that order will be dilever within ** days. But they not dilever me goods as committed. His staff gave me so many promises about goods dilever but no any goods dilever to me. Finally i took decisions to cancel my order. And i put email to company on *th September and gave approval for cancellation and amount refund. As per company policy my amount shlould be refund within ** days. But from *th sep **** to till date my amount not refunded. Only they misguide me. Also they post me one SBI cheque via courier for amount refund. And i submit cheque three time in bank. All threes times cheque has been returned due to insufficient balane in belief mart bank account. They cheated with me from the first days of order. I m trying to contact company over phone messages email but they not responding me. I have lost my time and my buisness spoiled. I m completely mently disturbed about this company behave. This amount i was taken from finance agent now i m bearing rate of interest on ******* amount.
If beliefmart company will not refund my amount with complete rate of interest . Then i will go to file FIR and file case against in court for fraud.
Kindly look my matter.
