Hello Team,
I made a deposit of Rs. ***** on **/**/**** to Dafa bet account, but it's not deposited yet in dafabet account.
In Cashier's History page it says failed after I uploaded my payment screenshot. I have attached the payment screenshot for reference. I have also attached the account statement. Please check and deposit the money as soon as possible as this is taking so long and I'm not getting any proper response from your end.
I have sent multiple emails, contacted their chat support but I'm getting the same response everyday. They say "we are yet to secure your amount and escalated to payments team". I'm hearing this everyday for the past ** days and not seeing any progress. It's not a small amount and I'm really in need of that money. Please help me to get my money back. Thanks
