Wazirx - Amount not deposited in WazirX account

Hi All,
I have deposited **k rs into my WazirX account on *nd May but unfortunately it failed.
The amount was deducted from my Bank but was deposited in WazirX.
It has been more than * days since the transaction, Could you please help me look into this?
