Hello Team,
I am raising a complaint regarding a failed deposit.
My Game ID: ********
Amount: ₹*,***.**
Date & Time: ** April ****, **:** PM
I made a deposit of ₹*,***.** last night via UPI, and the payment was successfully completed from my side.
UPI ID (Sender): shivaji*@ptyes
UPI ID (Receiver): boim-************@boi (Jotsna Chandan Goms)
UTR / UPI Ref No: ************
However, the amount has not been credited to my game account yet. Your support team mentioned that the payment was credited to another game account, but I have already checked all my accounts and did not receive the amount anywhere.
Kindly investigate this issue using the above transaction details and either credit the amount to my correct game account (ID: ********) or process a full refund as soon as possible.
Please treat this as urgent and resolve my issue at the earliest.
