Vansh Bhardwaj filed complaint against Pari match on Aug 1, 2024
It's very inappropriate, the way response I am getting from the Pari Match online gaming company where you provide the platform for placing bets on sports.
I recently heard about your app from a friend and so I did downloaded it.
And it was the first hand experience I had with your customer services department because of which I have to write this mail just to be heard.
In the late night or early morning timings I downloaded the app and after registering myself on the website I made a total of ** deposits valued for Rs. **** (a sreenshort regarding this has been attached ) in my account out of which * were smoothly made but * of my deposits which were made at **:** Am, **:** Am and **:** Pm respectively and were successful completed from my and my banks end.
I did the * complete transactions but got left with amount processing pain.
I made another deposits I played my game anyway but now when I am left with the zero balance in my portal and I am trying to reach the customer services which definitely is a lobby of bots and no one is available there to hear out my issue in which, I am only praying to the parent company that they should have already initiated the fund transfer either to my bank account or to my pari match balance.
But neither of this has been processed and I am still waiting for a single response from the companie's end and figure out the conclusion.
I Plea to the higher officials of pari match who can do me a favour in this regard and do the needful.
