I transferred Rs **** from Canara Bank to Karnataka Vikas Grameen bank through phonepe. The amount debited from Canara bank but amount not credited to KVGB. I waited * working days but no repose from phonepe. I am unsatisfied with phonepe services. Please help me.

I transferred money as rent payment from HDFC Credit card to the marchent by phonepe app. In app transaction was successful but the amount was not credited to the marchent
