I had raised a withdrawal request from bitbns for amount **,*** on ** Mar ** **:**:** PM and *,*** on ** Mar ** **:**:** AM. It is been more than * months there is not an update nor the amount has been transferred to my bank. Multiple tickets raised they are sending me same answer without any resolution. Could you please help to get my money back.
