Mobikwik - Amount not credited to UPPCL by Mobikwik

I paid Rs**** via Mobikwik to UPPCL Urban on **.**.**** for my electricity bill of August ****. The money was not credited to UPPCL, and when enquired at the electricity board counter, they also said that the bill was not paid. When I emailed to Mobikwik, they simply provided a transaction ID and said the payment is made from their end, and that I need to contact UPPCL.
