I have made deposit of ***** INR on **/**/**** at **:** IST and still now the transaction is pending. At the initial days they said that they're following up the transaction but now they're saying that the funds are not received and asking me to contact my bank account. But clearly the transaction is successful and I have payment receipt for the transaction. I think the fault is from the payment partner and they are simply saying that we didn't received your funds.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
