Betway online betting - amount not credited to my betway account

Before contacting You I contacted their support team via live chart they agreed of my transactions but saying we sent your query to our banking team u should wait .. i contacted once in every ** days after they said it will take * week ...its torture for me now ..but it's been more than ** days still they have not reflected my amount in my betway wallet nor they credited to my bank account ..I sent so many emails and they told to send bank statement in pdf form that also I sent through mail ..even after that my amount has not been credited yet .
total amount is *****Rs +***Rs =*****/-Rs only .
