Yanda rajeswara rao filed complaint against Phonepe on Feb 22, 2019
FRom my phonepe number I had send the amount of Rs.****/- to beneficiary through upi phone Number on **-**-**** at **.** pm vide transaction ID P********************* debited utr: ************ but amount not credited to the beneficiary account till today. I contact to customer care representatives too many times but they said bank confirmed said amount credited to the payee account, but credited amount not shown beneficiary account statement. Phonepe team said that nothing wrong from their side, the bank also said they also not responsible for phonepe transactions. Please do justice to me. I attached mail printed copies here.

I transferred money as rent payment from HDFC Credit card to the marchent by phonepe app. In app transaction was successful but the amount was not credited to the marchent
