Olymptrade - Amount not credited in my Olymptrade wallet

I wanted to deposit some amount in my Olymptrade wallet on *th February ****. Although the money was debited from my bank account, the wallet was not credited. I waited for * days. Yet the money was not credited. I checked my bank account wondering of my money was being refunded. But it wasn't. I wrote an email to the customer support. I expressed my issue and sent the screenshots and what ever proof they asked for. But I'm not getting a response from them from * days.
