dishtv in - Amount not credited in my Dishtv account

Sir,
I have done Rs *** recharge for Customer id *********** (Ajay Sable) on **/*/**** on dishtv official website,Payment done via (Mobikwik wallet transaction id is MOB-******** and was successful)But amount has not credited in my Dishtv account,So please give solution in this matter, I have tried to call customer care (**********) number but no use also I have tried this web page https://www.dishtv.in/Pages/EmailUs/email-us.aspx but page is not working,So please solve my problem,Thanks.
