On **th of July, I recharged Rs. ***** in Namaste teen patti game app. But the amount not yet added in my game wallet and the amount not refunded to my account also. I register plenty of complaints in game app customer service. But apart from the message "they inform to the concerned team I have to wait" They didn't took any action yet. Same message I getting daily while I connect with the service team. Please do the needful. I recharged through paytm app and the amount is credited for I person named Ahamed Nazeer, while recharging through merchant I got this person paytm payment channel. UPI ID: **********@ptsbi.
Please do the needful for the refund. I lost an asure win game of **k due to the amount not got recharged. I wasted *k amount that already I had in my game wallet for that game. I lost that amount too.
Please take necessary actions and compensation also for my recharged amount and the lost amount
