Makeyourticket Com - Amount non refunded on Visa rejection

I booked Greece trip from Makeyourticket ticket and ever since I took my decision to go with them, I've faced multiple issues
*. They forced me to make immediate payment of **k to lock flight tickets, without giving much time to think through my decision. While making payment I noticed that their payment site is not secure (http only)
*. Within next few days they asked us to pay **k stating that the hotel bookings and flight needs to be done. After making payment I had to follow up several times to know the status of our bookings. I'm from Bangalore and the agency is located at Punjab. They had given a single point of contact and that would remain unavailable most times. We were asked to corrior our Visa related documents to Punjab. We did but were worried for almost more than ** days surrendering all our documents to an agency that's not responsible enough to attend it's customers
*. Even after their verification our Visa got rejected. And the visa rejection reason was not too clear. Apparently it got rejected due to some booking issues with the agency. We lost visa charges of about **k
*. After having contacted Makeyourticket in multiple ways got a response saying they are not going to refund any of our booking amount
I checked online regarding the hotels they had apparently booked. They were all completely refundable if cancelled even the same day. Flights could be cancelled too due to corona issues.
