ucbucket business - Amount neither refunded nor the item not delivered

Their website shows that they are selling virtual cash of PUBG on their website at cheap rates. So I purchased them. Later when I mailed them to ask about the transaction information, they replied telling me how I didn't include the information and I need to make the payment again along the the information they asked and my refund will only be initiated once I make the payment again. They kept on replying to me while I was facing these issues and once I completed the payment again, they stopped replying to my mails and now they are not responding to me at all
