Sahara Cooperative Society - Amount matured but the company has not credited the amount

My amount recently got matured on **th July **** when I went to the company and told them that my amount has matured please credit the amount they took my paper and did something on their pc and told me to come other day again I went they said they are working on it , so I went next month and the same thing happened it said it's in process. Now it's been * months. They just give hassle to people and says come afterwards.
