Fala Holidays Fala International Services - Amount Loss Against FALA Holiday and Packages

Me and my wife went for a fair on the Aug **** in KR Puram and one of the guy their approached us and took my number saying there is a lucky draw and next day we got a call from this company called Fala international services claiming we have won gifts, a silver coin, movie tickets and holiday vouchers and asked us to visit their office which is near KR inn hotel in KR Puram.
When we visited their office, their staff spoke very nicely and first they brief about the gifts that we won and later said they have a holiday related package and requested us to give our opinion about their package as they were celebrating the year anniversary and wanted to give this package at discounted prices to lucky draw winners.
Later they explained about their package and asked us to share our opinion and we said it's a good package but we can't afford right now. After that they said this package is applicable only for the lucky draw winners and their manager will come and tell us if we have won the lucky draw.
Within a min, their manager came and told us that we have won the lucky draw and the package will cost us *,**,*** instead of *,**,*** regular package and when I told it is not affordable, They said they have equal/unequal EMIs with interest charges for *-* years and they will convert this to EMIs which will be *****Rs per month and asked us to give our credit card to check if we are eligible or not so that if we are not eligible they can give this package to others.
When I keep on asking what is the criteria for eligibility , he told he has to check in the POC machine and will get to know about eligibility for equal/unequal EMIs and then he asked me to enter the pin in the POC machine and immediately debited ****** rs without my consent.
When I asked about this they told me not to worry as they will give a credit card as they have a tie-up with the bank and will refund my money within days and the EMI of this new card will start from Sep ** and it will have *% EMI and by that time we can avail any of the services from them and if we are not satisfied then they will refund my whole amount and gets this package cancelled.
After reaching home I got to know that the similar fraud has happened to Many people after checking in Google and I went back to them asking for cancellation of this package.
But they refused to do so saying I cannot cancel this package for personal reasons and can only be cancelled after availing their service and not satisfied with that.
