Irctc Paytm Payment Gateway - Amount is deducted but ticket not booked

I was attempting to reserve a train ticket through the IRCTC application. However, upon reaching the payment gateway, I selected UPI via Fampay. As I do not have a bank account linked to Fampay, the system displayed "payment initiated," and the payment status remains pending from the bank's end. Will this amount be credited to my account, or should I file a complaint with IRCTC or Fampay?
